Hakim group management wanted to streamline their optometry franchise management system. With increased portfolio month on month it was hard for them to understand how each centre is performing. Also for all the document management they used cloud system similar to Dropbox, but it didn't help as understanding action for each document and visualizing the data was the challenge.

Challenges and solutions of the BI application

  • Document management system design for all franchises.

    Previously they were maintaining all documents with a cloud document storage service. But the problem was –

    • Those documents were accessible after multiple clicks.
    • No easy way to navigate to the multiple folder of various franchises.
    • No easy way to segregate large volume of documents.
    • The process to gather multiple documents was through many back and forth emails in various time through out the year.

    We designed the document management system in a way, which allowed the client to properly manage the documents with keeping an eye on the metrics. Finding a required document became super easy and organized the whole user flow.

  • Flexible KPI management module development

    For KPI measurement, each company has their own rules, own parameters, custom steps and custom formula. We had to keep many things in mind and we had multiple calls with the managers to ensure everybody is in the same page.
